Ashley St. Clair Urges Elon Musk to Finalize Co-Parenting Agreement After Revealing Birth of Their Child

Ashley St. Clair is publicly calling on Elon Musk to finalize their co-parenting agreement, just a day after confirming she gave birth to his 13th child five months ago.

In a now-deleted post on X (formerly Twitter) on Saturday, Feb. 15, St. Clair, a conservative influencer and children’s book author, accused Musk of ignoring her recent attempts at communication.

“My team and I have been trying to reach you for several days, and you have not responded,” she wrote in response to a post Musk made that simply said, “Whoa.”

Musk’s reaction was directed at an account that shared an alleged screenshot from 2020, in which St. Clair jokingly mentioned wanting to get Musk’s attention for a marriage proposal.

But her frustration didn’t stop there. St. Clair also accused the same account of posting inappropriate images of her as a minor and questioned why Musk was engaging with it instead of addressing their ongoing discussions.

“When are you going to reply to us instead of publicly responding to smears from an individual who just posted photos of me in underwear at 15 years old?” she wrote.

St. Clair’s Representative Confirms Private Discussions with Musk

Brian Glicklich, St. Clair’s representative, also issued a statement on X that same day, confirming that she and Musk had been “privately working toward an agreement” regarding their child’s upbringing.

“It’s disappointing that a tabloid reporter, who has repeatedly ambushed Ashley and her family, has now made it impossible to complete this process confidentially,” Glicklich wrote.

He added that they were awaiting Musk’s public acknowledgment of his parental role to “end unwarranted speculation” and finalize their agreement “in the best interest of the child’s well-being and security.”

St. Clair Expresses Frustration Over Musk’s Public Responses

In another now-deleted post, St. Clair criticized Musk for engaging with the X user who had shared inappropriate photos of her.

“It’s interesting that Elon is responding to this clearly in-jest screenshot, which his team and I discussed months ago in a documented call,” she wrote.

She went on to allege that Musk had asked her to have more children as recently as last week.

“I would like to take this offline for our child’s sake and have been attempting to do so for weeks,” she added.

Another deleted post included a screenshot of a message allegedly from X’s head of safety, stating that the account Musk responded to had been temporarily suspended for a week due to “non-consensual nudity” and “a threat to expose.”

“FYI. The security team on Elon’s own platform locked the account he is now responding to for posting a non-consensual underwear photo of me as a child,” she wrote.

St. Clair Announces Birth of Musk’s Child

St. Clair first shared the news of her child with Musk on Friday, Feb. 14, explaining that she had initially chosen to keep it private for the sake of her child’s safety.

“I have not previously disclosed this to protect our child’s privacy and safety, but in recent days, it has become clear that tabloid media intends to do so regardless of the harm it will cause,” she wrote.

She reiterated her desire to allow their child to grow up in a “normal and safe environment” and urged the media to respect their privacy.

Her announcement was captioned with the Latin phrase Alea Iacta Est, meaning “The die is cast.”

Musk’s Expanding Family and Past Co-Parenting Disputes

Musk, 53, is already a father to 12 children from previous relationships. His children include Nevada, Vivian, Griffin, Kai, Saxon, Damian, X Æ A-12, Exa, Strider, Azure, Techno Mechanicus (also known as Tau), and one other child. He shares them with his ex-wife, Canadian author Justine Wilson, musician Grimes (real name Claire Boucher), and Neuralink Corp.’s director Shivon Zilis.

Musk has had past legal disputes with the mothers of his children. In September 2023, journalist Walter Isaacson’s biography on Musk revealed that he and Grimes had welcomed their third child, Techno Mechanicus, in secret. That same month, Grimes hinted at tensions with Musk over parenting matters, writing in a since-deleted post, “My priority rn is keeping my babies out of the public eye.”

By October 2023, Grimes and Musk were involved in a legal battle over parental rights. As of December 2024, their case remained unresolved, with both sides vying for primary custody.

Musk’s Recent White House Appearance with Son X

This past week, Musk made headlines again when he brought his son X to the White House, where he took questions from reporters regarding the Department of Government Efficiency.

Grimes later expressed surprise at seeing their son in a public setting, saying she was unaware of the visit until people began praising X’s politeness on camera.

“He should not be in public like this. I did not see this, thank u for alerting me. But I’m glad he was polite. Sigh,” she wrote on X.

Awaiting Musk’s Response

As of now, neither Musk nor his representatives have publicly commented on St. Clair’s statements or their ongoing co-parenting agreement.
